about

This is the initial release from the forthcoming Only Child EP from Producer/Emcee Twan Mack of Kareem City.

Bipolar's initial verse focuses on the social ills that plague a disproportionate number of black and brown teens in Milwaukee as well as other major metropolitan areas around the country.

Verse two is the polar opposite, where Mack is a bit braggadocious and a slightly comical. This verse also pays homage to the Kings of Rock, RUN-DMC (RIH JMJ).

Hence the reason the song is called BiPolar.

lyrics

black & brown babies
capable Ivy League
But crooked players
Do they best
To hide um in
the minor leagues
He should be buying books
Instead he out here buying trees
Ward of the state
Because he can't afford
his lawyer fees
They bout to give him time
No matter
Who his lawyer be
Double felony
Stolen car
Plus the weaponry
Doubled the penalties
the D's
Said he tried to flee
A ghetto bastard
He don't know who his
Father bee
A walking time bomb
No homecoming
No prom
Seeing different cats
Spending time with his moms
The system told him he's a failure
Right from day one
So Robbin cats and busting pistols
Made his day fun
It breaks my heart to see him racing down the
Wrong road
Another lost young life
Tragedy unfolds
It's everyday up in the hood
But you already know

You had the audacity
To bring that rapping trash to me
The people they don’t want to hear you rocking after me
Look like a steak
On my plate
Prepare to meet your fate
We playing chess on a boat
And yo I’m checking mates
Your style
irrational
Mines international
rapper producer
also got that
NV fashion yo
The current state of facts
Your lyrics never
Resonate
The chick you chose
And you chase
I heard
She out here turning dates
Maybe I’ll demonstrate
And leave a message
On her face
She say she love the taste
More flavor than her toothpaste building to building
movie juice
Tupac
The roof chase
The thought erased
Cause it’s a waste
So tell her
Gimme space
Adidas never laced
some Daryl joe
and Jason shit
I sit in cipher
Contemplate
Before I’m making hits
Might wanna
Kiss your chick
Then go and slit your wrists
You RIP
I’m VIP
My name is on the list
